04Business tools
Quotes, bookings, invoices and customer accounts — the parts of a business that usually live in a notebook, a WhatsApp thread and somebody's memory.
What you get
Forms and quote systems that capture the details you actually need and price the common cases automatically.
Booking systems that show real availability and hold the slot, so nobody double-books.
Invoicing that produces a branded document and emails it, with a record of what was sent and paid.
Contact systems that put every call, message and enquiry in one place instead of four inboxes.
Customer portals where your clients sign in to see their own orders, documents or account.
Small business apps for the one process that is specific to how you work.
Anything that replaces a manual step: a quote form that prices itself, a booking page that holds a slot, an invoice that goes out without being retyped.
It is the opposite of a brochure website. A brochure tells people you exist; a tool does a piece of the job. Most small businesses need both, and usually only ever get the first one.
Whichever is honest for the job. If something reliable already exists, we connect it. If your process is genuinely specific, we build it.
Paying to rebuild a calendar is a waste of your money. Bending your business to fit software that nearly works is a waste of your time. The judgement is which one you are facing, and that is the conversation worth having before anything is built.
You and your staff, from a phone. Anything we build is something you can operate without calling us.
The same principle as the Studio: if a tool needs its builder present to work, it has not been finished. You get the logins, the training and the ability to change what needs changing.
Because the cost of doing it by hand is invisible until you add it up. Ten minutes writing a quote, five re-typing it into an invoice, a phone call to confirm a booking someone already made — none of it feels expensive on the day, and all of it is time you are not selling.
A tool is worth building when the manual version happens often enough that the hours are real. When it does not, we will say so — the cheapest system is the one you did not need.
Usually, yes. If it has a modern integration path we can connect it; if it does not, we will tell you that before you spend anything.
Yes. The system is yours, along with your data — you are not renting access to your own business.
It depends entirely on the process, so it is quoted after we have seen how you work. Small tools are often folded into a website build; larger systems are scoped and priced before anything starts.
A form or booking page is usually days. A portal or a custom app is weeks, and we would rather give you a real date after understanding the work than a number now.
