Hydroleaf
A Montego Bay business helping Jamaicans grow fresh, pesticide-free food at home all year round. Hydroleaf sells complete vertical tower systems — 50 planting holes, seedlings and nutrients included, J$50,000 — along with seedlings on their own and hands-on workshops for households, schools, hotels, farms and community groups, delivered and installed across the island.

Nobody searches for a product they don't know exists. Hydroponics has to be understood before it can be wanted.
What is hydroponics, and does it work here?
What do I actually get, and how do I order it?
Tools and systems that turn a visitor into a customer — not a brochure with Hydroleaf's logo on it.
The opening photo keeps going below the waterline, so scrolling down takes you past the roots into the answer: what hydroponics is, typed out as you arrive.
Pesticide free, year-round, 90% less water, no soil. Four photos that glide as you scroll or swipe, instead of four bullet points nobody reads.
The complete system is one product with a choice of six planting mixes for its 50 holes, from Lettuce Only to a Fruiting Crop Mix. The chosen mix goes straight into the order.
The basket becomes a ready-written WhatsApp message with the tower, the mix and the total, sent to the number the business already answers.
Pick your parish and the site reads the forecast and turns it into advice for your tower: shade the greens, cover the reservoir, move it out of the wind.
A month-by-month farming calendar and agricultural news from JIS, the Gleaner and the Observer, so there's a reason to come back after the sale.
A shop that opens with a price assumes the visitor already wants the thing. Here the first two screens do nothing but explain: the photo continues into the water, and the question "What is hydroponics?" is answered before a single product appears.
A new grower shouldn't have to assemble a system from parts. The tower is sold complete, with seedlings and nutrients included, and the only choice left is what to plant. Hiding the other categories until they're in stock keeps it that simple.
In Jamaica a question about a tower becomes a WhatsApp chat anyway. So the basket writes that message for the customer, including the planting mix, and the business confirms delivery in the same thread.
A journey built to be simple, clear and confidence-inspiring — screen by screen.
